
Bob Reilly trained in the Botanic Gardens, achieving a Higher Diploma in Amenity Horticulture. Due to the extensive variety of plant matieral that was cultivated in Glasnevin, the opportunity was there to improve ones knowledge. In later years, Bob would return each year to the Botanic Gardens with mature students as part of a V.E.C. Horticultural course, which Bob was the tutor. This proved to be very inspiring for the students, indeed some continued their training in the Botanic Gardens after they completed the course. Bob managed a very successful flower shop and garden centre and brings to this new endevour many years experience in providing gardeners with an in depth knowledge of plants. He is well placed with this experience in providing solutions to many various problems, which gardeners often encounter. As well as providing the small the smaller gardener with specialist advise, he is also very familar with designing for both larger public and private schemes.
